The breakfast area and guest bedroom

Breakfast is served up to 9.15am and on day of departure rooms must be vacated by 10 am Exclusive use of the dining/sitting room which opens out onto a courtyard and mature gardens. Guests are free to use this area for coffee/drinks/reading etc. Springfield is available all year round for short visits and longer stays.
